Rental Reservations: Girl Scout Troops

Our two amazingly beautiful camps are utilized year ‘round for Girl Scout program, troop or group camping, summer camp and as rental properties for the public to enjoy. From the stunning tree-filled rolling hills, lakes, and rivers to the modern facilities built to complement the natural surroundings, Camp Evelyn and Camp Manitou are a source of pride to both our members and to the many, many people in the communities within our council who donate time and money to maintain them for our Girl Scouts.

* If your Girl Scout troop is planning on cooking outdoors or sleeping in a tents you must have completed the Outdoor Adventures training. For more information, contact Girl Scouts of Manitou Council.

Note: Reservations of property and equipment are made ona first-come, first-served basis.

***Renter agrees to pay all fees and possible fees identified in the contract. Renter further agrees and understands that they are responsible for repair and/or replacement of damage to premises, fixtures, appliances, equipment or landscaping resulting from the use of said premises.

Extra insurance for non-members covering a maximum of 40 participants is available for $5.  If you have more than 40 participants you need to contact Girl Scout Center to purchase additional insurance. Please note, your card will be charged to complete the reservation. If the dates selected are unavailable, you will be contacted to reschedule.

Cancellation and Refunds for all Girl Scouts of Manitou Council facilities:
If cancellation of a reservation is made at least three weeks prior to the date reserved, a full refund will be made.

If a cancellation is made less than three weeks prior to the date reserved no refund will be made.
