Girl Scout Resident Camp at Camp Evelyn 1-5 Nights
Girl Scout Day Events at Camp Evelyn
Come to camp to get back to nature, meet new friends, learn new skills, and help save a little corner of your world. Camp helps continue the Girl Scout Leadership Experience of Discover, Connect, and Take Action. Through the discovery process at camp, girls develop a strong sense of self, develop positive values, and gain practical life skills. Girls connect with other girls at camp, developing healthy relationships, learning cooperation and team building, and how to resolve conflicts. Camp may also lead to girls taking action by helping them to identify community needs, become problem solvers, and educate and inspire others to make a difference in the world.
There are programs for every girl at Camp Evelyn! All sessions include plenty of exciting fun such as swimming, singing around the campfire, arts & crafts, hiking, making new friends, and of course enjoying yummy s'mores.
