Camping for the day
- Check in is 8:30 a.m. and check out is 4:30 p.m.
- Open to all grades
- $40 per girl per day
This first step towards staying over at summer camp allows girls to have all the great fun that happens at camp during the day, like theme week activities, swimming, hiking, art projects, singing camp songs, playing games, nature activities, and building independence while checking out camp. Lunch and snacks are provided. Our camp staff will provide supervision along with their special brand of Camp Magic.
Parents, be prepared; day campers often have so much fun they can’t wait to participate in the following three-night session.
Camp Evelyn Days: June 18, June 25, July 2, July 5, July 6, July 9, July 16, July 23, July 30, August 6 and August 13
Camp Evelyn Days for the week of the 4th of July:
- Friends in Fairyland on July 2 - Explore magical fairylands with your new camp friends. Make your own fairy wings and wand, build houses for the wee folk of our enchanted forests, and have a teeny-tiny tea party.
- Wild, Wild West on July 5 - Go back in time as you pan for gold in the Mullet River and mine camp for gems. You will make a custom bandana, paint with straw, and create your own brand of trail mix.
- Imagination Kingdom on July 6 - Discover the depths and unleash your imagination through dressing up, singing, painting, and building.
Camp Manitou Days: July 25, August 1 and August 8
These sessions are girl-only events where plenty of adult supervision is provided by the camp staff. Adults may not remain on camp property during the session.
Contact Abby Weber, director of camp and program, if you need any special accommodations (including any allergies, dietary or activity restrictions) or if you have buddy requests.
Parents may be able to claim their daughter’s day event experience as childcare on their tax return. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a receipt.
