Following a few simple rules will protect you from safety concerns and protect the trails from the 500+ feet.
Baby joggers, strollers, bikes, scooters, or dogs are prohibited.
Only single file running/hiking is allowed unless passing.
Please stay to your right at all times.
Pass on your left.
Volunteers will be on the course directing you and reminding you to run single file.
We are using wave starts to limit trail jams.
There will be one mid-point water station on the 5K run/hike course.
