Animal Helpers Badge

Cadette Troop 8306 earned their Animal Helpers Badge! These Girl Scout were able to work with Office Taylor and her K-9, Max, to learn about police dogs. The troop also had a visit from a service dog-in-training, and were able to learn all about the incredible things service dogs can do. These girls love animals and felt it was amazing to see how some dogs do pretty important things.

Girl Scout Travel

Troop 8603 from Waupun had been working hard for years to plan a trip to Savannah, Georgia - the birthplace of Girl Scouts! This summer, they were able to safely take their trip. They visited some pretty incredible sites, including the Juliette Gordon Low birthplace, Juliette Gordon Low gravesite at the Laurel North Cemetery, and Girl Scouts First Headquarters! They also visited different sites in Savannah, Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, and Tybee Island in Georgia. The trip was full of exploring and having fun together as a troop.

Whimsical Winter Lantern Walk

Join us for a lantern-lit walk through Camp Evelyn! Lanterns will light the way through a self-guided winter hike. Hot refreshments and a warm campfire will be available near the Welcome Center. This event is open to all Girl Scouts and their families. Come join us for some winter fun! Interested in learning the basics of snowshoeing? Sign up for an optional one-hour class prior to the event to go over the basics of snowshoe care, sizing, and a short staff lead hike.
