Positions Available: POSITION FULL

Overview of Position: Directs the overall food service operation of camp including purchasing, preparation, nutrition, service, sanitation, security, personnel management, customer service, and record keeping. Must be willing to work with the camp schedule providing three meals per day, six days per week for up to 200 people per week.
