Registration Basics

  1. All registration, health information, required forms, camp photos, and camp letters will be online through one easy-to-use sytem...CampDoc.com! REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMP!
  2. In order to register, you will first need to create an account or log in to your account. We have previously used this system so returning campers should already have an account set up!
  3. When you log on to register your daughter for camp, you can also add on items like a camp t-shirt or care package, or make a camp store deposit.
  4. Unexpired program credits, free sessions earned in the 2026 Cookie Sale, and financial assistance can all be used when registering for a camp session. Please see below for additional information regarding all of these.
  5. If the session for which you are trying to register your daughter does not appear as an option, your daughter may not be in the required grades for the session, the session has reached capacity, or registration has closed as the session start date is quickly approaching. You can join a waiting list for a session if it is full, and you will be notified if you are moved off the waiting list.
  6. If you have any questions or need assistance with registering your daughter for camp, please contact us at 920-565-4575 or madison@gsmanitou.org. For CampDoc.com log in or technical issues, please visit support.campdoc.com or call 734-619-8300 ext. 2.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you register. This email will contain links to vital information and will provide details about required health and transportation information you will need to provide to us. It is important that you read through this email and the links very soon after receiving it. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.
  8. After registering for a session, refunds less a processing fee are considered on a case-by-case basis with three weeks' notice or due to an emergency.
Summer Camp 2026
Bring a Friend Promotion toggle arrow

Bring a Friend! Gain a Discount

Current Manitou Girl Scouts will invite their family and friends who have never attended a Camp Evelyn or Camp Manitou overnight camp before to attend one of our overnight camp sessions. Once both the current Girl Scout and friend are registered for an overnight, they'll earn a discount! Read on for the full description, logistics, and rules.

How It Works:

  1. Refer a Camper: Share the excitement of camp with your friends, family, and neighbors who have not been to Camp Evelyn or Camp Manitou for an overnight session. Don't forget that you don't need to be a Girl Scout to come to summer camp!
  2. Registration: When your referral registers for an overnight camp session, they should enter your camper's first and last name in CampDoc in the referral section. Please note: You can only enter one camper's name in the referral section on CampDoc.
  3. Receive a credit: Your camper AND their friend will earn a $25 bonus added to their camp account within the CampDoc system. This credit can be applied to a current/new balance or be transferred to use at the camp store. Please allow up to one week for the referral to appear on the CampDoc accounts.

Rules:

  • If you've previously attended a Camp Evelyn or Camp Manitou overnight session, you can participate in our referral program and invite a new friend to camp.
  • The referred friend must register for an overnight session and it must be their first time registering for an overnight session. They are still eligible if they attended only day camp sessions in the past.
  • Siblings are eligible for the Refer a Friend promotion only if they have not previously attended an overnight camp session.
  • A referring camper will receive one $25 credit, regardless of the number of new campers they refer. Each new camper referred will still receive their own $25 credit.
  • You can only enter one camper's name in the referral section on CampDoc.
  • The referral program will run now through August 10, 2026. Any referrals after the 10th of August will not count for the $25 credit.
  • The referral does not need to be a current Girl Scout. All girls are welcome to attend summer camp.

Questions about this promotion? Contact Director of Camp and Program, Madison Ellis, at madison@gsmanitou.org.

Using Program Credits toggle arrow

Program credits that your daughter earned in the 2026 Cookie Sale can be used to register for summer camp! Follow these steps to use program credits:

  1. Register for the session(s) of interest.
  2. You must pay the deposit for your session to be considered registered.
  3. Once you have paid the deposit, DO NOT pay the remaining balance in full. You may set-up a payment plan at this time if desired.
  4. Please fill out this form (it is also provided in CampDoc) IMMEDIATELY after registering.
  5. Once your program credits have been processed, you will receive an email from CampDoc with an updated balance. Please go in and pay the balance in full at this time if you do not wish to set up a payment plan. If there is no indication of a payment plan set-up and no additional payments have been made, your camper will not be able to attend camp, until a payment plan is set up or the balance is paid. If financial assistance is needed, you will be able to apply for a campership in CampDoc.

Please note:

  • Program credits require processing time in our office. The balance will not be immediately updated. It may take 3-5 business days for credits to be processed.
  • Until the Cookie Sale is finalized, this is only an estimate. All program credits will be processed at the end of the Cookie Sale. You will recieve a notification once your camper's balance has been updated. You must pay the deposit to hold your camper's spot.
  • We need your camper's demographic information (name, phone number, address, troop number, age, etc.) to process the program credits. Please ensure this information is filled out accurately and in a timely manner.
Using Earned/Free Sessions toggle arrow

Did your daughter earn a free camp session in the Cookie Sale? Here's how she can redeem her earned session:

  1. Register for the session(s) of interest by going to CampDoc.
  2. You DO NOT need to pay the deposit for earned sessions. You also SHOULD NOT set up a payment plan.
  3. Please use the code EVELYN24 when checking out to bypass the registration fee and deposit.
  4. Once your earned session has been processed you receive an email with an updated balance. If you only registered for the earned session, your balance will be $0.
  5. If you registered for additional sessions, please go in and set-up a payment plan or pay the balance in full at this time. If there is no indication of a payment plan set-up and no additional payments have been made, your camper will not be able to attend the additional camp sessions, until a payment plan is set up or the balance is paid. If financial assistance is needed for additional session, you will be able to apply for a campership in CampDoc.

Please note:

  • Earned sessions required processing time. The balance will not be immediately updated. It may take 3-5 business days for sessions to be processed.
  • Until the cookie sale is finalized, this is only an estimate. All earned sessions will be processed at the end of the cookie sale. You will receive a notification once your camper's balance has been updated.
Using Gift Cards toggle arrow

If you would like to use a Girl Scouts of Manitou Council gift card towards your camp balance, please call our office at 920-565-4575. You may also email our Retail Manager, Abbie, at abbie@gsmanitou.org, or stop in to the Girl Scout Center in Sheboygan with payment. Please have the gift card number ready.

Requesting Financial Assistance toggle arrow

Financial assistance, known as a "campership," is available if needed for Girl Scouts in Manitou Council to attend camp. Follow these directions to request financial assistance:

  1. Register for the session(s) of interest.
  2. You must pay the deposit for your session to be considered registered. If you are unable to pay the deposit, please contact Madison at madison@gsmanitou.org for additional assistance.
  3. Once you have paid the deposit, DO NOT pay the remaining balance in full. You should also NOT set up a payment plan at this time.
  4. The campership form is located in the Health Profile on CampDoc. Please click "yes" to applying for a campership.
  5. Once you click "yes" a form will appear. Please fill out the form accurately to the best of your ability.
  6. Once your campership application has been processed, you will receive an email with an updated balance from CampDoc. If you only registered for one session and were awarded the full campership, your balance will be $0.
  7. If you registered for additional sessions or the campership did not cover the full balance, please go in and set up a payment plan or pay the balance in full at this time. If there is no indication of a payment plan set up and no additional payments have been made, your camper will not be able to attend camp until a payment plan is set up or the balance is paid. If additional financial assistance is needed please email Madison at madison@gsmanitou.org.

How to determine "campership requested" section:

  • Find the total cost of the camp program (example: The session costs $500).
  • All sessions require a deposit. Subtract the deposit amount from the total (example: you deposited $50 toward the session. $500 - $50 = $450).
  • IF using program credits, subtract any program credits you desire to use (example: Sally has 20 program credits. $450 - $20 = $430).
  • Subtract the total amount you are able to pay from the previous total (example: you can pay $250 toward the session. $430 - $250 = $180). If you cannot pay anything additional, that is OK.
  • Write the final amount in the "amount requested" box.

Please note:

  • Camperships require processing time in our office. The balance will not be immediately updated. It may take 3-5 business days for sessions to be processed.
  • Questions can be directed to Madison at madison@gsmanitou.org.

Additional Registration Information:

  • Summer camp is open to all girls entering grades K-12. Check out each session for specific grade requirements.
  • Not a Girl Scout? Simply add $65 to the camp fee to become a member and join in the fun! This is completed at the same time you register for a camp session.
  • A troop leader registering multiple girls from their troop for a camp session can email Madison at madison@gsmanitou.org with the names of the girls that they wish to register and the session they wish to attend.

Health Documentation Requirements

Girls who will be staying at camp for five nights or more need to have the following on file before arriving for their assigned camp session:

  • Health history
  • Healthcare provider (physical examination) form
    • The healthcare provider (physical examination) form needs to be signed and completed by a licensed physician, physician assistant, or a registered nurse and within the past 24 months of the camp date she is registered for.
  • Immunization record

Girls who will be staying at camp for four nights or less need to have the following on file before arriving for their assigned camp session:

  • Health history
  • You may submit a healthcare provider (physical examination) form and immunization record to be kept on file for future summer camping.

Our partner CampDoc.com is an electronic health record system for camps, and will help us consolidate and integrate your daughter's health information into a centralized and secure location. This is the same system you use to register for summer camp. We encourage you to fill out all health information during the registration process.
